Highlights:
- Two people died from Hepatitis E in Unity State’s Yida refugee camp, according to UNHCR, as hygiene activities stepped up to curb the outbreak.
- Some 5,500 people have been registered as displaced by fighting in Jonglei State, while insecurity restricted access to further displaced communities.
- Humanitarian assistance continued to flood-affected communities across the country, as flooding reports reduced in number and intensity.
