The health and hygiene situation in refugee camps in Upper Nile remains fragile.
Aid workers continue to respond to emergency needs of more than 175,000 Sudanese refugees in Unity and Upper Nile states.Registration of people displaced by insecurity in Jonglei State continues, while humanitarian actors are scaling up to respond to those impacted by the fighting.
Response to people affected by seasonal flooding is ongoing across the country.
