HIGHLIGHTS

  • The Ministry of Health announced a Hepatitis E outbreak in three refugee camps in Upper Nile State’s Maban County.

  • Access to flood-affected communities was increasingly restricted as heavy rains continued.
    Jonglei State has been the heaviest hit area, with 169,000 people affected.

  • The food security situation has slightly improved, according to the latest integrated food security phase classification analysis.
