IV. RESPONSE/ EMERGENCY OPERATIONS
A. Region IV-A
1. ERODED DWPH Rip-rap
a. CDRRMO Antipolo visited the site to assess the damage and alerted DPWH for immediate repairs
b. OCD-RDRRMC IV-A is continuously coordinating with DPWH Region IV-A and DEO, CDRRMO-Antipolo, PDRRMO-Rizal for updates and proper action
B. Region IV-B
1. MONGPONG BRIDGE
a. PDRRMO Occidental Mindoro installed early warning signs and devices on both approaches to caution commuters and diverted traffic flow to a detour
2. MISSING MBNCA “BRANDO” with 1 passenger
a. Coast Guard Romblon directed all other nearby detachments and advised all ships/ watercrafts and local populace transiting in the area to be on the look-out and provide assistance if missing motorbanca is sighted
b. Coast Guard Southern Tagalog had been notified and alerted for possible SAR Operations
C. Region V
1. 3 MISSING FISHERMEN
a. Local WASAR alerted and will commence with SAR Operations when weather improves
2. MISSING FB CRISMAR with 30 passengers
a. PDRRMC Catanduanes informed all coastal Barangays to be on the look-out and alert for possible sightings of the missing vessel and provide assistance
b. PCG and PNP rescue teams deployed for search and rescue operations
c. SAR team organized by the barangay officials from Viga and Gigmoto rescued the fishermen
D. CAR
1. VEHICULAR ACCIDENT along Poblacion, Natonin Mt. Province
a. Natonin Municipal Police Station and Civilian volunteers responded to the accident and brought the victims to Natonin Municipal Hospital
b. OCD-CAR is closely monitoring the situation
