Government and humanitarian community establish field hubs in Nabunturan in Compostela Valley and Trento in Agusan del Sur to coordinate assistance to the most affected areas.
More than 900 people are dead, 930 missing and 2,660 injured.
Over 855,000 people remain displaced, 59,800 of who are staying in 55 evacuation centres and 795,200 people are staying outside of evacuation centres.
Logistic challenges complicate the ongoing relief operation.
