B. MEMBER AGENCIES
• PAGASA is continuously providing NDRRMC OPCEN with General Flood Bulletins;
Severe Weather Bulletins on Tropical Storm “BUTCHOY”.
• PCG reiterates the observance of Memo Cir Nr 01-09 (Guidelines on Movement of Vessel During Heavy Weather) and Memo Cir 03 dated 02 Feb 2001 (Guidelines on Movements of Motorboats Slant Vessels in the Absence of Weather Bulletin) and HPCG Standing Operation Procedures Nr 002-09 (Interim Guidelines on PCG Alert Condition Slant Levels); to take appropriate measure to avert unusual incident. CGDBCL alerted all CGS and Detachments within Bicol area; alerted 8 QRTs (7-man team: District HQ-2 teams, 6 stations-1 team) for possible deployment; and issued Gale Warning to stop maritime activities of the 35 below gross tonnages vessels

9ID (ARMY) issued directives to all line units to put on standby alert their DRUs and assets; 901 st Bde-2km450 and 1km250 and 21B-5km 250, 2km250 and 1 M35 truck are on standby alert
NFSL (NAVY) alerted its Disaster Response Teams (2 Teams composed of 2 Officers and 10 Enlisted Personnel); DF 338 and DF321 seacrafts with 7 EPs each docked at Legaspi City Pier, Legaspi City and PG 378 Seacraft (Patrol Gun Boat), docked at San Pascual, Masbate
TOG5 (AIR FORCE) alerted the 10-man team for rescue operation, 1 carrier truck on standby. Two (2) UH1H at Villamor Airbase and one (1) Fixed Wing at Sangley Point Cavite are on standby alert for possible deploymen
• PNP directed the RDs of PROs 1,3, 4A, 4B, 5, 8 to undertake precautionary measures and other disaster response activities such as - forward deployment and pre-positioning of search and rescue assets; inform community leaders on necessary disaster preparations/actions emphasizing on pro-active actions; coordination with LDRRMC; activation of respective Disaster Incident Management Task Group (DIMTG) as the situation may require; provide Police assistance in the evacuation of the affected residents and deployment of personnel at the evacuation center; and conduct of clearing operations on major thoroughfares and highways in coordination with DPWH and LGUs; and providing assistance to medical and relief operations.
PNP-PRO5 issued Memorandum dated 15 June 2012 directing all PPOs, Naga City Police Office and the 5 th Public Safety Battalion to alert their respective Disaster Response Teams; 2 platoons consists of 60 personnel are on standby in th Regional Public Safety Battalion with 3 trucks ready for dispatch
• DILG CODIX (Central Office Disaster Information Coordinating Center) directed all DILG Regional Directors to reactivate their respective disaster monitoring systems in anticipation of heavy rains in their AOR brought about by TS “BUTCHOY” and southwest monsoon; directed all LCEs to convene their respective LDRRMCs DILG-R3 activated their DOC and issued advisory/orders to all LGUs and HUC (Highly Urbanized City) Mayors to immediately convene their RRMCs and implement Calamity Response Protocols; directed all LCEs to observe human rights principles within evacuation centers.
