C. AFFECTED POPULATION (TAB B)
As of 26 October 2012, a total of 3,475 families/16,322 persons were affected by Tropical Storm "OFEL". Out of which, 1086 families /4,983 persons are currently staying in 44 designated evacuation centers (ECs).
