SUMMARY

On 27 July 2017, a flood incident affected the City of Malabon and Valenzuela due to the Southwest Monsoon. The said weather disturbance continues to bring about heavy rains in Metro Manila and other areas of the country such as Regions I, CAR, III, CALABARZON, and MIMAROPA. 1) Status of Affected Families / Persons

To date, there are 3,783 families or 16,549 persons affected in 169 barangays in Regions NCR, I, CAR, III, and CALABARZON (see Table 1).

2) Status of Displaced Families / Persons

a) A total of 100 families or 437 persons are currently staying inside 4 evacuation centers in NCR, CAR, and CALABARZON (see Table 2).

b) A total of 22 families or 83 persons are currently staying outside evacuation centers with relatives or friends in Region CAR (see Table 3).
