Responding to hurricane felix in Nicaragua
Project Concern International (PCI) is on the ground, working through our in-country staff, to provide what's needed today as well as planning for the future health and welfare requirements of the residents and their communities.
In response, we are immediately sending 24 metric tons of food to the hardest-hit storm area on that country's Atlantic coast and have dispatched a planning team from the capital of Managua to assess damage and determine our next steps in providing humanitarian assistance.
PCI has reacted quickly to meet the needs of the communities devastated by this natural disaster. Please consider helping us in these critical first weeks. Whether you have been a supporter of the humanitarian assistance efforts of PCI in the past, or are new to our work, we hope that we can count on you. Your financial support can reinforce our commitment to saving lives now more than ever.
However you can help, we at PCI deeply appreciate your support.
