1. Executive summary
During the first six months of 2013, in line with the Long Term Planning Framework (LTPF) of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies for the years 2012-2015 and depending on available funding, the Moldova Red Cross Society was active in the following fields:

Preparedness and response to natural disasters;

Promotion of the Fundamental Principles and humanitarian values;

Home based care for solitary elderly with low income, infancy disabled children from sociovulnerable families;

Training in First Aid;

Support for the vulnerable layers of the population through implementation of social programs.
