Mexico - Tropical Storm Larry

This message is not an official hurricane warning or alert for any country.
1. The National Weather Service in Miami reports that at 12:00 GMT today, the centre of Tropical Storm Larry was estimated near latitude 20.4 north, longitude 94.1 west or about 160 miles/260 km East-Northeast of Veracruz Mexico. Maximum sustained winds were near 60 mph / 95 km/h with higher gusts.
2. At 12:00 GMT a Tropical Storm Warning and a Hurricane Watch remained in effect for the Bay of Campeche coast of Mexico from Veracruz to Campeche.
