I. HIGHLIGHTS/KEY PRIORITIES

- Hostilities continue in several locations including Mistrata, Ajdabiyah and Zintan, where protection of civilians and humanitarian needs remain the primary foci for humanitarian actors.

- According to IOM and the United Nations High Commission for Refugees, 351, 673 people have left Libya since the start of the unrest.

- The Regional Flash Appeal for the Libyan Crisis, which requested US$160.3 million is 67 per cent funded with US$ 106 million funded and US$ 624,581 in pledges.
