HIGHLIGHTS / KEY PRIORITIES

=B7 In northern Namibia, flooding has started to occur in the Oshana region. Between 100 and 200 people are reported to have moved to Government-run relocation sites

=B7 Water levels in the upper Zambezi River are in general subsiding

=B7 In Mozambique, the flood alert for the Zambezi Basin has been downgraded from red to orange

=B7 In southern Madagascar, 310 people are still displaced from the flooding caused by Tropical Disturbance Bingiza

=B7 In Zambia, localized flooding has caused some damage to infrastructure and crops
