OSH [ACTED News] - Early April, ACTED attended the Global network of civil society organizations for disaster reduction’s two-day regional workshop in Larnaca, Cyprus. The workshop resulted in strengthening collaboration amongst the civil society, enhancing engagement between civil society and other stakeholders, and increasing the voices of those at risk from disasters. In addition, ACTED has become the lead for international NGO representation on disaster related coordination, and is continuing to support all actors’ information management through a new working group.
