OPT: Curfew lifted in all PA areas except for Shechem and Tul Qarem

(IsraelNN.com) Earlier today, the curfew was lifted from all PA autonomous areas with the exception of Tul Qarem and Shechem. This to permit residents to restock while permitting students to take matriculation exams.
The curfew will be re-imposed between 2:00pm-3:00pm.
