Japan’s Emergency Assistance to the Islamic Republic of Iran in Response to the Earthquake Disaster in the Northwestern Iran
EmailOn Friday, August 17, 2012, the Government of Japan decided in response to the request from the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran, to provide emergency relief goods (mobile toilets and showers) worth 18 million JPY, approximately USD 225,000, to the Islamic Republic of Iran through the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).
