Indonesia

  • Flooding in Samarinda City, East Kalimantan Province, affected about 15,000 people. The local authority also evacuated 2,000 people due to the incident.

  • In Banten Province, flood also affected nearly 1,050 people in Serang and 366 people in Cilegon City. 266 people were also evacuated by the local authority of Cilegon.

  • Subsequently, flood has submerged 1,620 houses in Jember and 600 houses in Jombang District, Province of East Java.

  • Strong wind hit Bandung Barat, West Java Province. The local authority reported that 590 house were damaged because of the incident.

Philippines

  • On 8 April 2017, Two earthquakes with magnitude of 5.6 and 6.0 have shook Mabini, Batangas Province. Several houses were reportedly damaged. Moreover, 6,022 people were also affected and evacuated because of the incident.
