I. HIGHLIGHTS/KEY PRIORITIES

 Number of casualties increases to 106 across the affected countries, with the highest death toll in India with 92 deaths

 Landslides obstruct road access to at least nine villages in Sikkim State, India

 More than 5,000 people have received shelter assistance in India

 Almost 1,500 buildings destroyed and some 2,800 buildings partially damaged in Nepal

 UN in Bhutan requests an OCHA emergency cash grant to kick-start the response activities
