? HAITÍ: Cholera cases in Haiti are decreasing. Some 209,000 people have been affected during the epidemic.

? VENEZUELA: Local authorities gain control of cholera outbreak. At least 118 people have received medical care.

? GUATEMALA: About 500 people took refuge in shelters from the effects of the cold wave.
