BLACE, Macedonia, March 24 (Reuters) - Macedonia began allowing Yugoslav citizens to leave Kosovo again on Wednesday having closed the border for a day, apparently fearing instability if NATO strikes Yugoslavia.

"The order to close the border (to Yugoslav citizens) has been lifted as of now. We don't know whether we will be asked to close it again later," a border official said, as around 15 people from the Kosovo provincial capital Pristina crossed with Yugoslav passports. The official said there were about 100-150 people from the Yugoslav side waiting to pass.
