  • State of exception is extended for Manabi and Esmeraldas: After the 7.8 magnitude earthquake occurred in the month of April in the province of Manabi, a state of exception was established for the province, which will on December 16. However, the Government has decided to extend the exception state for 30 more days, due to recent seismic activity that has affected the structures under rehabilitation. (M: EL UNIVERSO)
