Total LRA incidents reported in Q2 of 2013 declined slightly over Q1. While DRC recorded a significant decrease in attacks, deaths and abductions in Q2, CAR reported a substantial increase in number of casualties and abductions.
The trend in CAR could be attributed to better access to information in Q2 than in Q1 2013.
