Central African Republic: Regional Humanitarian Snapshot (as of 25 Feb 2014)
The security situation throughout the country remains volatile. Inter-community attacks continue, notably against the Muslim communities, driving-up the number of refugees and evacuees fleeing to Chad, Cameroon, and the DRC. Grave protection concerns remain in the capital and the provinces. Humanitarian operations continue to be constrained by severe lack of funding.
