NAIROBI, 29 January 2016 (IRIN) - It’s almost a given that African leaders meeting today in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, will not override Burundi’s objections and endorse the deployment of a 5,000-strong intervention force to help end the violence in the troubled country.
