I. HIGHLIGHTS/KEY PRIORITIES

-New floods have been reported in northern Namibia, with an estimated 1,000 people displaced;

- In Madagascar, an assessment found that more than 8,000 shelters were destroyed and over 34,000 damaged by the floods caused by Moderate Tropical Storm "Hubert".
