CARE is seeking a Cash & Markets Technical Advisor who will be responsible for assessment, response analysis, design and implementation of the food, nutrition, and livelihoods security components of CARE’s emergency response. S/he will also explore opportunities to integrate CBI and other market-based approaches into other three CI emergency response core sectors, thus co-ordinating with CI Emergency team members and country office staff to ensure a rapid, proportionate and effective response.
CARE is seeking an INGO Forum Coordinator who will support the INGO Coordination Office Director to ensure the effective and timely flow of information between INGOF members and other relevant development and humanitarian actors in Yemen (i.e. UN, donors, local NGOs and government), the establishment of INGO communications as well as support the trainings and workshops established for INGO Coordination Office members. S/he will be required to regularly attend meetings and do some travel to areas where INGOF members work (expected 15% travel).

The ACD PS provides the day to day guidance and oversight for the primary PS functions; finance, procurement, inventory, fleet management, safety and security and logistics, and IT.

The incumbent will report to the Director, Global Treasury Services and will be the initial front line analyst for all payment and transfer requests, and as such will have primary responsibility in CARE’s fraud prevention and financial controls efforts.
