CARE is seeking a Project Manager who will have the overall responsibility for the implementation of activities in Sierra Leone and Liberia in line with the approved design, and in compliance with the donor requirements. The Manager will be required to liaise with donor other implementing partners and national and district government agencies, research institutions and universities, and government ministries such as Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Food Security, Forest Division Authority and the Mano River Union Secretariat.

The related outcomes are to improve legal and social protections and the performance of supply chains for women, strengthen women’s collective voice and leadership, and improve women’s control over their rights and earnings.
CARE is seeking a Business Development and Communications Officer who will initiate the design and/or conduct a final review of all proposals and concept notes prior to submitting to donors. S/he will coordinate, encourage and facilitate the documentation of promising practices and lessons learned.
The Officer will also facilitate communication flows to ensure that CARE decision-makers and key external stakeholders receive the timely and credible information they need in a format that is adapted to the target audience.
