CARE is seeking a Recruitment & Proposal Specialist that will provide a specialized function for the Competitive Bids Unit (CBU) in response to competitive solicitations, particularly with the submission of proposals to the US Government. Primary responsibilities will include recruitment of international staff, support in sourcing local candidates and supporting proposal development efforts as needed.
