CARE Mozambique is delivering a humanitarian response to the drought affecting Southern Africa as a result of the El Nino phenomenon. All such operations are being done as part of a consortium of 4 international NGOs known as COSACA (Concern, Oxfam, Save, and CARE), requiring significant amounts of co-ordination. Multiple donor sources exist or should soon be coming on-stream (ERF, DFID, OFDA, FFP) and further resource mobilization will also be needed.

The Cost Proposal Coordinator assists the Director of Business Management in decision-making and support related to the cost proposal function of the Competitive Bids Unit.
The purpose of the Program Manager (PM) position is to provide overall leadership and coordination for ensuring the implementation and accomplishment of the objectives of the Primeiras e Segundas Program under his/her responsibility in line with CARE-WWF Alliance Mozambique vision, goal, objectives and program principles, standards, approaches and Strategic Plan. The PM must be sensitive to gender issues and capable of integrating basic gender concepts into programming. S/he understands principles and practices of biodiversity conservation.
CARE Sudan has an exciting opportunity suitable to a flexible CARE staff member from either operations or program background, who already has good experience of supporting national agencies. CARE Sudan is a member of a UN funded consortium, made up of INGOs and NGOs, working on protection issues in South Kordofan region. The consortium lead is a well-established Sudanese NGO which has many strengths but has not been consortium lead before.
