CARE is seeking a INGO Forum Coordinator that will support the INGOF elected officers (chair, vice chair, secretary and treasurer) to ensure the effective and timely flow of information between INGOF members and other relevant development and humanitarian actors in Yemen (i.e. UN, donors, local NGOs and government) and support Forum member organizations to strengthen their impact among their beneficiaries. S/he will be required to regularly attend meetings and do some travel to areas where INGOF members work (expected 15% travel).

She/he is responsible for managing the online and offline retention program to raise $16 million in income through direct response/email marketing fundraising. Develops the strategic marketing plan for maximizing donor gifts to reach revenue projections. Manages all aspects of delivering the annual plan and budget for Retention mailings, telemarketing, and digital campaigns. Create and monitor the annual expense and income budgets.
CARE USA is looking for a WASH Advisor who will be responsible for providing strategic leadership to the Nepal Earthquake WASH Response, including development of the WASH Response Strategy and funding proposals, for design and implementation of the water, sanitation and hygiene component of CARE Nepal’s emergency response. S/he will need to co-ordinate with other team members and CARE Nepal’s Staff, especially logistics, health and technical sectors, to ensure a continued, proportionate and effective response.
