Feb 6 (Reuters) - Following are security developments in Iraq as of 1815 GMT on Monday.

BALAD RUZ - Three mortar rounds hit buildings housing displaced Kurds, killing one person and wounding 13 in Balad Ruz, 90 km (55 miles) northeast of Baghdad, police said.
