The Psychological Health of Relief Workers: Some Practical Suggestions
Aiming to further the development of a stable
and experienced workforce of relief workers, with psychological support
a part of the employer's duty and responsibility, this report examines
the stressful situations faced by relief workers.
In addition to considering common problems faced, including physical, emotional, behavioral, work-related and interpersonal, practical recommendations for actions on personal, social and organisational levels are offered.
