Yemen: Sa’ada Humanitarian Needs and Response 2012 (as of 31 Dec 2012)

More than a million people have been affected by the conflict in Sa’ada since 2004 with about 265,000 people in need of humanitarian assistance. Despite constraints in humanitarian access, negotiations with the de facto authorities have allowed agencies to scale up their response to the needs of conflict-affected people.
