PRM’s migration programs address cross-border mixed migration ows by:
- providing direct assistance to vulnerable migrants
- building government capacity to identify protection concerns and implement humane migration management practices
- supporting regional dialogues on migration
- promoting cooperation between IOM and UNHCR
