  1. Myanmar - The Gov reports the number of IDPs in Rakhine has reached over 115,000 people.Humanitarian agencies are delivering assistance to these IDPs in 58 locations around the state.

  2. China-A 5.5 Rs magnitude earthquake occurred near Hami, Xinjiang, China at 05:33 UTC on Nov 26, 2012. There are no immediate reports of damage or injuries.

  3. Japan - A 4.8 Rs magnitude earthquake jolted Chiba prefecture near Tokyo at around 17:59 on 24 Nov, 2012. Strong tremors were felt in Tokyo as a result. No reports of damage or injuries have been received.

  4. Philippines - A 5.3 Rs magnitude earthquake hit moro gulf, Mindanao at 20:28 UTC on 24 Nov, 2012. No reports of damage or injuries have been received.

Precipitation Forecast - Most of Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, and Vanuatu are forecast to receive less than average rainfall. Eastern China, Japan, as well as Kiribati have a slight chance for receiving greater than average rain.
