A cholera outbreak is being reported in southern Angola, also affecting northern Namibia.

Madagascar:

It is still unclear when the postponed elections will be held.
Security conditions deteriorated in the South during the past few weeks with Dahalo attacks becoming more frequent.

Namibia:

A draft Drought Response Plan awaits endorsement by Cabinet.
