During the first nine months of 2011, humanitarian actors’ efforts focused on a massive response to the cholera epidemic, while still providing humanitarian aid to the 2010 earthquake´s victims. They also strengthened preparedness activities in anticipation of the hurricane season, and supported activities aimed at reintegrating people affected by the earthquake.
