Background: The project “Assisting Civil Society Actors in Developing Informal Oversight Capacities related to the Security Sector” comes against the background of DCAF’s past cooperation with Palestinian civil society organisations. The project aims to assist in strengthening the capacities of civil society in exercising public oversight of the security sector.
