The Psychosocial Advisor, under the supervision of a Program Advisor, will be responsible for designing the psychosocial intervention within an OFDA-funded assistance project. S/he will work on implementation strategy, designing and delivering trainings and workshops, providing technical oversight to the Psychosocial activities, and advising on related intervention programs development.
The Capacity Building Advisor (CBA) under the supervision of an OFDA Program Manager, will be responsible for designing the capacity building program for Mercy Corps partners and local NGOs under an OFDA-funded project for the Middle East. S/he will work on implementation strategy, designing and delivering trainings and workshops, providing technical oversight to the related activities, advising on related intervention programs development and may be requested to develop capacity building program for national staff.
Mercy Corps has proposed the Local Alliances for Entrepreneurship in the Alai Region and Chong Alai Region (referred to as Alliances) programme in response to the recent tender by the Swiss Development Cooperation (SDC). If funded, the programme will commence the inception phase for six months on 1st August 2013 which will then be followed by the implementation period of four years.
