The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) and the Haitian Red Cross Society (HRC) are seeking a consultant to undertake a country case study which assesses the ‘Impact of the Regulatory Barriers to the Provision of Emergency and Transitional Shelters after Disasters’ in Haiti. The case study will last for four weeks with 3 weeks based in Port au Prince. The remuneration offered will be commensurate with the consultant’s qualifications and experience. The study will be managed by the IFRC, in collaboration with HRC.
