HREA seeks a consultant for the development of a self-directed rapid e-course on international humanitarian law (IHL) for journalists and other media professionals. The e-course will seek to increase the capacity of media professionals to report accurately and responsibly on situations of war and armed conflict and will be published in English, Arabic, French, and Spanish in open access format on HREA’s website.

Background

The United States Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) has issued a limited-distribution solicitation for a consultant to develop a labor market liberalization program in Tunisia, as part of Tunisia’s Threshold Country Program.

Integra LLC is a Washington, DC-based international development firm implementing contracts for USAID and other donors around the world.

The MENTOR Initiative (MENTOR) is an international non-governmental organisation devoted to reducing death and suffering from malaria in humanitarian crises. The MENTOR Initiative is currently providing ongoing emergency support to the most vulnerable communities in Liberia, Angola, Kenya, the Central African Republic, South Sudan and Chad.
