Responsibilities include:

Management Sciences for Health (MSH) is seeking candidates for the position of Senior Technical Advisor - Pharmaceutical Management for the The Systems for Improved Access to Pharmaceuticals and Services (SIAPS) Program SIAPS (2011-2016) in Windhoek, Namibia. SIAPS is a USAID funded program, managed by Management Sciences for Health (MSH), a not-for-profit international non-governmental organization based in Boston, MA (USA) with the SIAPS project implementation office in Arlington, VA (USA).

LOCATION: Mozambique

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Manager will oversee M&E activities and coordinate all routine M&E activities for ICAP programs in Mozambique. The M&E Manager will liaise with the ICAP New York’s Strategic Information Unit.

This position is contingent upon project award and funding.

The Role Purpose

Reporting to the Senior Health and Nutrition Coordinator, the position holder will be responsible for coordinating district health interventions and ensuring delivery of quality health and nutrition services in collaboration with the DHB/DHMT and other stakeholders in respective Districts, He/She will manage the Nurse/ Midwife and medical officer at the zonal level.

Department Trócaire Somalia Country Office (Gedo Regional Health Programmes)

Description of the unit/department:

Gedo Regional Health Programme is a project of Trocaire Somalia country office and supports health care programmes in Gedo Region, Somalia. The Medical Officer will be essential in strengthening and ensuring quality of the existing clinical health services delivery in Gedo.
