Reporting to the Senior Grants Manager, the Grants Manager supports the effective/efficient administration of awards throughout the entire award life-cycle, from pre-award to close-out, focusing on regulatory compliance, assessment and mitigation of business risk, and enforcement of policies and procedures.

Institutional Strengthening and Capacity Building Specialist– The individual is responsible for providing technical support to program implementation in one or more of the following technical areas and other related areas as appropriate: Community Development and Participation, Social Science/Anthropology/Gender Analysis, Conflict Resolution, Environmental Law, National and/or International fisheries “Codes of Conduct” Management Agreement Development and Implementation, Natural Resource Subsidy Management, Property Rights Management, Strengthened Enforcement Capacity and Judicial Systems,

Knowledge Management Specialist– The individual is responsible for providing technical support to program implementation in one or more of the following technical areas and other related areas as appropriate: Environmental Education and Communication, Exchange of Information across Multimedia Platforms, Mass Communication, Computer-Mediated Communication, Database/Library/Knowledgebase Management, Technical Training Programs, Social Computing Tools, etc.

Economic Growth and Financial Services Specialist– The individual is responsible for providing technical support to program implementation in one or more of the following technical areas and other related areas as appropriate: Private Sector Engagement (micro & macro), Resource Economics and Financing, Public-Private Partnership and Global Development Alliance (GDA) Development, Sustainable Tourism, Ecotourism, and Recreation Development, Economic Planning and Development, including Income Generation and Diversification, Economic Rent or Fee for Management Program Development, etc.

Food Security Specialist– The individual is responsible for providing technical support to program implementation in one or more of the following technical areas and other related areas as appropriate: Soil and Water Conservation, Irrigation and Drainage Management, Agrometeorological Forecasting and Vulnerability Analysis, Freshwater and Marine (Nearshore) Fisheries Management, Freshwater and Marine Aquaculture, Livestock, Poultry and Horticulture, Nutrition and links to WASH and agriculture, Fisheries and Coastal Ecosystem Management, etc.

Environmental Specialist– The individual is responsible for providing technical support to program implementation in one or more of the following technical areas and other related areas as appropriate: Water Source Quality, Salinity Management, Drinking Water Desalination, Impact of Water Quality on Food Security, Water Quality Management, Modeling, Regulation, Permitting, Analysis, Monitoring, and Enforcement, Wetlands Management, Coastal Wetlands Management, Domestic (Urban and Rural) and Industrial Water Pollution Prevention and Control, Non-Point Source Pollution Prevention and Control,
