UNICEF Timor-Leste is looking for a qualified International Consultant to provide technical assistance to National Directorate of Basic Sanitation (DNSSB) and National Directorate of Water Supply (DNSA) of Ministry of Public Works (MoPW) and the Environmental Health Promotion Department (EHPD) of Ministry of Health (MoH) in developing and implementing plans for scaling up of Community Action to Total Sanitation (CATS) and providing technical support to DNSA in reviewing the technical designs of community water supply systems prepared by local NGO partners.
