The International Organization for Migration in the United Kingdom and the London Borough of Croydon, seek a consultant to develop a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) framework for a project aimed at building foster carers’ capacity to look after unaccompanied asylum seeking children who are victims of trafficking and modern slavery or at risk. The consultant will develop agreed tools, and provide support to project staff in the implementation of the framework and drafting of M&E reports.

HelpAge International is implementing ‘The Better Health for Older People in Africa’ programme between, July 2014 and June 2017 with a total budget of GBP 3,910,354 funded by DFID.
