- Economic empowerment: Helping marginalized women who have been affected by HIV/AIDS and/or TB become economically self sufficient through a variety of training initiatives and micro-finance)
- Children: Working with children affected by HIV/AIDS and/or TB to ensure they have access to education.
- Environment and Agriculture: Projects related to the Dayspring Organic Farm.

Blossom Trust is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Grant Writing Officer to help us develop our operations in both existing and new projects alike and to achieve a greater outreach in doing so. While grant writing will be their main responsibility, the ideal candidate will also be required to maintain a strong social media presence and market the charity through a variety of means. At the moment our priority projects focus on: women's sexual and reproductive health and rights, WASH, diabetes & tuberculosis care and support and agriculture. We are also in the process of establishing CSR partnerships. Any specific experience in the aforementioned areas would be preferred.
