The Role

The purpose of this role is to enable Brooke’s Major Relationship s Team to optimise its engagement with existing and prospective donors. The post-holder will identify new opportunities, ensure a robust and dynamic pipeline of research for our major donor, trust, corporate and institutional grant fundraising and play an active part in helping progress our relationships with these audiences.

We are looking for an experienced Prospect Researcher, ideally with a background in major donor development, to help our dynamic Major Relationships Team deliver our ambitious fundraising strategy.


The successful candidate will have strong research and analytical skills, a broad knowledge of major donor fundraising and research and an understanding of data protection compliance. The post holder will also be an effective communicator and project manager, with strong IT and CRM database skills.
