Managua, 9 de julio 2011/ Donde hubo desesperanza, llanto y dolor, regresó la normalidad y se convirtió en alegría, gracias al programa de rehabilitación y reconstrucción de las áreas afectadas por el huracán Félix (2007), financiado por la Unión Europea, implementado por el Programa de las Naciones Unidas para el Desarrollo y ejecutado por las autoridades regionales autónomas, municipios, territorios, comunidades y socios en la Región Autónoma del Atlántico Norte (RAAN).

Priority will be given to projects in the $25,000 to $75,000 CDN range. Projects outside this range may be considered

Programme purpose: The primary focus of the Regional Representation for Central America and Mexico in 2008 was to support the scaling-up of the efforts of National Societies in the region to develop and execute programmes in an efficient and integrated way. This in turn will promote resilient communities and a culture of prevention, while spreading the fundamental principles and humanitarian values of the Movement.
