Disaster description

Starting on 3-4 March 2001, severe floods were caused by heavy rains in the west of Ukraine. Rapidly melting snow and heavy rain caused the Tisa river and its tributaries to rise to record levels IFRC, 26 Feb 2002. Three people were killed IFRC, 29 Mar 2001
