MIDDLE EAST - KUWAIT - The IOM Director General Brunson McKinley will arrive in Kuwait tomorrow for a three-day visit to Kuwait and southern Iraq. During the visit he will meet with Kuwaiti officials and representatives of US government agencies to discuss relief and reconstruction in Iraq. Kuwait last week announced a US$1 million contribution to IOM's Iraq programme.
