Some missing army files have been located covering the period when 3 Somali civilians died at the hands of Canadian peacekeepers, according to a spokesperson for the committee investigating the scandal. The documents were discovered after last week's Operation Paper Chase - a 24-hour search ordered on April 9, in which 100,000 Canadian forces' personnel searched archives and computer files for the missing
