2. TYPHOON TIM HIT PROVINCES LA UNION, PANGASINAN, ILOCOS SUR, ILOCOS NORTE AND LAOAG CITY. ALMOST 85,000 PERSONS AFFECTED, THREE DEAD, SIX INJURED AND NINE MISSING. 1,870 HOUSES DESTROYED AND 9,005 PARTIALLY DAMAGED.

3. TYPHOON VANESSA HIT PROVINCE KALINGA-APAYAO. 5,300 PERSONS AFFECTED, THREE DIED.
