Le Conseil de sécurité s’est déclaré aujourd’hui résolu à prendre des mesures efficaces pour resserrer encore les relations entre l’ONU et l’Union africaine, conformément au Chapitre VIII de la Charte. Cette détermination est manifestée dans la résolution 2033 (2012), adoptée sans vote, à l’issue d’un débat convoqué par le Président sud-africain, dont le pays assure la présidence du Conseil pour le mois de janvier.
